At Clark Real Estate we understand that maintenance and repairs are required from time to time. Whilst we do conduct regular property inspections, your property managers do not live at the property. So, we need your help to advise if there are items that need to be repaired. With that in mind, it is your responsibility as a tenant to report any maintenance that may occur.
Maintenance is to be reported as soon as it is noticed. Report through the chat function, your PropertyMe Tenant Portal access or by email to ClarkRealEstate@email.propertyme.com
