This month marks our 2nd Anniversary at our new Clark Real Estate Lutwyche office. Back in September 2017, we waved goodbye to our Clayfield home of 23 years, hired a truck for a day and our wonderful staff worked hard all weekend to help unpack.
We haven’t looked back since! The new premises allows us more room to move, expanding over 2 levels with separate areas for our Sales Agents, Admin team, Property Management, Reception with beautifully appointed boardroom and meeting room, full kitchen, 3 bathrooms and plenty of storage!! We’ve also incorporated a fresh new logo and new corporate colours.
Since the move we have employed 8 new staff, sold 153 properties and welcomed 62 new property managements.
Clark Realty has certainly come a long way from the original days at Buckland Road, Nundah where we first started out before moving to the corner of Junction and Sandgate Roads, Clayfield. After 23 years, we outgrew the Clayfield premises to move and enjoy our spacious premises at Lutwyche.
Lutwyche already feels like home and seems to be growing alongside us. Lutwyche Shopping Centre is gleaming with its major renovation near completion. It will be a hub for the hundreds of new residents making home in the new multi storey apartment blocks now dotting the area including our new next door neighbours at the Atrium.
We also cherish the preservation of all the heritage-listed sites on our doorstep, including The Conon Estate, Windsor Air Raid Shelter and Killila Lutwyche at Stoneleigh Street, a humble dwelling that was Archbishop Duhig’s boyhood home. We are also pretty fond of our magnificent front yard fig tree situated right outside as Lutwyche Rd splits with Truro St fondly known as Pop’s Fig which was saved from removal when the busway was redesigned.
We love to chat with our friends and neighbours about how things have changed or remained the same. If you are free, please feel welcome to pop into our new office for a coffee and a chat at any time. We’re just opposite the heritage listed Crown Hotel and up from Fitness First.
